“My new keyboard that cam out of the box not working. Specifically the numlock key and thus 10 key pad. This is the second HP desktop with the problem. Curious when I first turn it on it did work then bam not working. This must be simple setup issue.”

Had the same problem with my first one: keyboard and mouse would not work. Replacement worked fine, but I immediately replaced it with a Logitech unit which continues to work fine.
