Can you upgrade the RAM on this laptop? null

HP employee is wrong. I just purchased and removed bottom myself. Soldered onto motherboard. Do not purchase if you want to upgrade ram. I also spoke with 2 different HP chat support agents who assured me it was user upgradeable as well. This must be on odd sku or something. Very disappointing and it cost best buy money die to my return.
