Thank you for reaching out. The smaller model requires more work to fit all the cooling components and performance in the smaller form factor. Also, traditionally the smaller, high performance models will tend to cost more than a similar larger model.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Seems like in the HP site, you get the same machine but with a 256 GB M.2 SSD. Here it mentions just a 128 GB SSD, which is 4 times slower than the "M.2 SSD." Unless they have the spec information wrong in Best Buy..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you see both laptops in person you will discover that the 13" has a vastly superior screen. The 15" model has a lower grade LCD screen that exhibits a horrible sub-pixel composition ruining the image. I do not recall any other major differences between the two screens. Maybe were talking about a RGB versus RGBW pixel structure, or simply lower grade LCD. This is of course, is based on my eyes and attention to detail.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your getting a great prodcut with a ryzen and vega technology. As hp said the smaller are usually tend to go for a little bit more your buck. As you can tell for the surfaces and other small laptop they do go about the same or even more. The laptop will be perfect if your wanting the light and smaller of it. Same detail and specs as for the 15. Great 2 product that are affordable then the apple and surfaces.
