“I bought this laptop last week. I've had some issues with the trackpad not working properly. It'll be unresponsive at times, is this a driver issue that can be fixed or do I need to return my laptop? Also, it does get sort of hot...not sure if defective.”

The drivers are total garbage from HP. Ryzen has huge potential, but not with extremely poor HP drivers. When I say poor, I mean extremely poor. It was non stop issue with this thing. I returned bought a boring but rock solid Dell G7 instead. Heavier and no touch screen or 2 in 1 but tons of power. If you want a 2 in 1, go Intel. Far better drivers. If you want a 2 in 1 with solid graphics, get one with an mx150 instead. Ryzen not ready for prime time with garbage OEM support.
