Yes, these do have surround sound but only on PC as fas as I know. There is currently no app for IOS, Android, or console for doing this. Yes, u do have to go into Bluetooth settings to find it but u have to keep both earbuds inside the case. Open and close the case until it’s detected or it won’t work
