A:Answer I know exactly what you mean. Ordered hp ink through Best Buy two weeks ago. 11/05/18. When it arrived, I noticed the expiration date was September of 2017. Talked to a rep on the phone. They apologize and told me to send it back. They would order me another one and send it out ASAP. Received it today, 11/16/2018. The expiration was worse than the previous one. May of 2017! Called Best Buy and they said once more that they were sorry. They told me they would make it right with me. Was told to take the ink to the Beat Buy store for an exchange, and that there would be no charge for returning it.. Blew my mind! Sure, why not, its only 50 miles away from where I live. And they wonder why they’re business is so bad that they are forced to close so many of their outlets.
