“My EPSON ET-3760 stopped printing black ink. I've the cleaned print heads multiple times and it still does not print black. This is a fairly new printer and ink levels are high.”

Open the scanner, then open the ink cover, then open the cap on the black, then while the cap is open run a cleaning cycle, if you have a vacuum problem than this will fix it usually with one cycle.
