Yes. This option is not on the control panel, but I see it on the Event Manager. I've never used it, so can't comment on how easy it is to do.

Yes. You can also scan to a file on your computer. You can even email the printer to print something when you are away from home.

Yes, it can, you need to make sure your devices (Computers, tablets etc.) is set to scanners on the Settings.
