“I use this printer with 2 systems - a Win 10 ASUS and a Mac Mini M1. Two-sided printing is disabled on the Mac Mini. I have reinstalled the software numerous times. Any suggestions? Thanks!”

Hello WestWorldEmployee7. You can print on both sides of the paper by selecting Two-sided Printing Settings from the pop-up menu on the print window. Some options may be pre-selected or unavailable, depending on other settings you have chosen or if you are accessing the product over a network.
