• You are supposed to shake the ink containers every few months to avoid clogging if you are not using it, according to our Geek Squad installer!

• Hi MelvinEdward, Ink can dry around the print nozzles due to nonuse in any inkjet printer, including the EcoTank ET-3850. If you print something each week this can be avoided. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
