Yes and comes ready to use with ink. No usb but it’s a network printer

Using your computer, the ET-3850 can scan an original and attach it to a message in your e-mail programs, such as Microsoft Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Live Mail, and Entourage. As an additional option, you can set up Epson Connect services on the printer, which allows you to print and scan documents using a registered e-mail. The printer includes a set of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink bottles for use. Unfortunately, no USB cable is included with the machine. However, the printer can be set up and used wirelessly via Wi-Fi as a cable is not required. Please visit our official Epson Support page for additional information on these options.
