• No you have to by other ink to print on vinyl

• Hello Alex. The ink used in the ET-3850 is a combination of dye and pigment-based ink. Unfortunately, we have not tested "HTV vinyl" in the machine to confirm compatibility. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
