Hi Chicken, The EcoTank Et-3850 can print on envelopes. There is a preset in the printer driver for No. 10 size envelopes. To print on other envelope sizes, you can create a user-defined setting. Creating a user-defined setting is a simple one-time operation. Your setting will be saved for future use. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

You cannot expect your Windows 11 computer to just "talk" to the printer by setting the size specifications in the print screen on your computer. You also have to set the size envelope on your printer and if you are lucky, it might just print the envelope the way it looks on your computer screen. After many attempts, I am ready to pull my hair out and throw the printer out the window. Therefore, I contact Epson support, and even the support person couldn't get it to work.
