“Does Epson make an eco tank printer that can accept 110lb card stock?”

Hi Tao, Sorry, EcoTanks cannot feed 110 lb. card stock. The closest Ecotank currently available at Bestbuy.com is the EcoTank Pro ET-5850, which can feed thick paper up to 68 lbs. Inventory levels can vary. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
