• You cannot scan a stack of papers, they need to be individually scanned.

• You have to manually scan each page. You can change where the printer sends the scanned image using the included software or directly from the printer on the little screen only by USB A to B cable. Better models have the auto-document feeder which scans multiple pages at once. This model does not. If you mean making a multi-page document from scanning multiple single pages I believe you can choose those settings in the EPSON software settings. Choose: Start Menu>Epson>Event Manager this is where you choose where the scanned documents are sent and rename them. You can download the current software from the Epson website by searching ET-2650 clicking support > Downloads.
