“Hi, I am having difficulty with the scan function on my ET-2750 printer. I bought a new USB cable because it was required on the control panel but still cant scan. Please advise, or I'm thinking of returning the printer to get another version Thanks”

You have to use the Epson scan utilty software. I have my printer connected to my home network via wifi. No issues with scanning.
