“Hi I have set the et2750 to print from my iPhone. I am trying to print a standard word doc but it says paper size and type not compatible. I have selected a4 and plain white paper but no joy, can you help please?”

You need to make sure you are on WiFi. Will not work other way. Also size will not matter but make sure paper in brackets. Mine works well. iPhone 6s. Plus make sure that you select the computer on phone.
