“If I connect two Epson ET-2750 printers to my network can I print from either on my iPhone/iPad. If so what will show up when I select Print on my iPhone? They are the same name “Epson ET-series” Will it show which printer is which?”

You can assign your own i.ds to your printers via the settings menu on your computer
