• A:Answer All I had to do was open the bottle, and flip it upside down into the tank filler... No turning or additional caps. Once contact was made it sealed and started filling till it reached the top. Hopefully you figured this out by now.

• A:Answer You need to make sure you are on WiFi. Will not work other way. Also size will not matter but make sure paper in brackets. Mine works well. iPhone 6s. Plus make sure that you select the computer on phone.
