QuestionI have made sure all nozzles are clean and ink is full and I have a network connection. But when I press to make a copy nothing is copied when I send a doc to print it does not print the doc. Everything seems to be connected but my printer is NOT printing

QuestionIs this capable of printing to the very edge of the paper? I’ve been frustrated by my previous printer which “shrinks” pages I design in affinity so that there is about an 8th inch unprinted border left on the paper.

QuestionHas anyone had a problem with a persistent "out of paper" error? I've used two kinds of printer paper, turned the printer off, unplugged it, reloaded the paper, followed instructions to the letter and it still says it's out of paper.

- Answer Yes, It’s not the paper, it is the position of the paper. When you place it in there make sure that it’s as far back as possible. And then close it. This will get rid of the error.

QuestionBased on the great reviews, I'm about to buy this model. My question is will the ink supply and/or the ink in the machine ever go bad - like an expiration date? I don't print a lot, so it will take me a long time to print the number of pages they state.

- Answer According what I was told it comes with a 2 year supply of ink and you do not have to fill it up completely, If it dries in the computer use a q-tip with alcohol to clean it out. After 2 years the entire supply will dry up. Replacement for a 2 year supply is $51 at this time, I hope the 2 year statement is true because I don't print nearly as much as I did at one time.
