Yes. Mine came with enough ink to last me well over a year with average use.

Yes, the Epson Eco Tank comes with 4 bottles of ink (black and 3 colors). Much more than you would get in an ink cartridge. It was fairly ease to transfer the ink from the bottles into the printer ink reservoirs.
