• The ink is added to the printer from ink bottles. you simply open the ink bottles and pour the ink directly into the corresponding ink holders. There is one for Black, and 1 each for yellow. magenta and cyan

• It's in a series of four tanks in an add-on side thing-- Cyan Magenta Yellow and Black. You fill them with ink from these vacuum sealed tubes, and they last for over 6k prints in color and fewer in black and white.
