QuestionDoes the printer come with ink already installed, or do I need to purchase ink as well as the printer. Is it possible to apply for the automatic ink (through the mail) if I order the printer online?

- Answer The printer comes with all of the ink needed to fully fill all of the ink tanks. My printer also came with "bonus" ink (in the box with the printer) that should re-fill all of the ink tanks. as a side note: I purchased one of these approximately 6 months ago for my wife (Uses a printer almost constantly printing out agreements & contracts) she was going through ink cartridges with her HP printer every 2-3 weeks. After 6 months, she still has approximately 1/2 of the ink tanks still full & has not touched the "bonus" ink yet! This printer will probably save me (between hers & mine) around $300-$400 in ink usage just this year alone!

Questioni purchased a ET3600 printer , this one has as the ink tanks works well so far with the ink. my question is how to enlarge and reduce the print size. There is a scrolling area with up & dn arrows but, i can't get pass Zoom , for the size I need

- Answer Are you talking about printing from your PC, tablet, or phone, or are you talking about expanding or reducing copies? If you want to change the size of a copy, make sure you press Home, then select Copy, press ok to enter Settings. Press down, down to get to Zoom menu. Press right arrow to get to Actual Size. Press down to select Auto Fit, or up arrow to select Custom Size where you can control the percentage of enlarging or reduction.
