reinstall and start with the cord from computer to printer then you can set up wifi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The printer actually broadcasts its own WiFi SSID. It may be easier to bypass your router and its settings and connect your device directly to the printer. Follow the printers onboard screen to connect a device, then from the device look for your printers SSID (named “Direct-xxxxxx”), then enter the password shown on the printer’s screen into your device. You are now connected to print without a need to mess with your personal home router.
