• I have printed single-sided card stock after changing the settings to heavier stock. I would not recommend a double-sided job - instead doing one side then reloading the sheet for the second side.

• Hello Blue. The XP-5200 should be able to print on 65lb card stock, but feeding reliability can vary when using third-party paper based on the brand, texture, thickness, and weight.
