When you hit the "print" icon, look for the "Properties" icon, and open it on the upper right there will a "menu" choose Rear Paper Tray, review the other options available, if satisfied, then continue printing. There is an option for default that if you plan solely to use the rear tray for paper supply you can lock that option "in"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It seems that the front tray is the default tray for this printer; thus, it needs to have paper in it all the time. When you put paper in the rear tray, you just need to select that tray prior to printing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to have paper in the front tray. However you need to select your print job to print from the other tray when you select print.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have put paper in both the front and the back...I have 11x17 in the back and 8.5X11 in the front. When you print just pick the correct size and if you sent it up properly...you will have two sizes to choose from...I am pretty sure you could have the same size front and back if it was 8.5X11.
