The printer does not have a white ink tank, but yes, if you have some white on your image or artwork, the printer will not print anything in that area and the white paper will show through. In other words, white is simply the absence of ink. If your paper is yellow, then you'll see yellow where it was white.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You will have to modify the printer to do this. They make some external tanks to do this. Might be better to purchase a printer with internal tanks and can just fill it up with white ink

Unfortunately, it cannot print white; dark paper will not work with the machine. For any white in your images, the printer will generally use the white from your paper and not print anything in those areas. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
