“I love the printer, but WHY is it so hard for Best Buy to carry all the ink for this NEW printer from the Epson family?. Best Buy carries the tri pack with magenta, cyan and yellow, but not the black or light cyan and light magenta.”

I also have the same question. I had to order online from Epson to get all of the ink I needed.
