“The display screen on my XP-6000 sometimes does not light up when the printer is on. When it does, I cannot move the cursor to another function on the screen, like scan, or maintenance, etc. How do I fix this or do I need a new printer? Thank you.”

Hi RJBR.Try adjusting the Power Off Timer setting to "12h." This will not affect the Sleep Timer setting which allows the printer to go into Sleep mode and turn-off the LCD.
