• Hello. Unfortunately not, the USB port for the Home Cinema 2250 is meant for internal functions of the Projector and doesn't support Camera or Mic functionally. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

• Easy way to accomplish this is by connecting a laptop, tablet or phone, and using the mic and camera on that device. Then yes Duo is 100% usable.
