“I purchased this projector with the understanding that it would accept a 4k signal. I knew it will be downscaled but, none of the devices I tried recognized it as 4k compatible. So 1080p is the highest option which means you don't get UHD from Netflix.”

Hi Luis, Please visit the Epson support site for FAQs regarding input signal compatibility and settings for your Home Cinema 2250. Not all signals are compatible. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
