Q: QuestionThis isn't 4K resolution, is it? As far as I can tell, the LCD chips have 1080 vertical resolution. It dithers the image (vertically but not horiz.) to claim 2160 vertical lines, but actually the pixels overlap/blur and don't get full horizontal resol.

Q: QuestionThis items says it is "Certified Refurbished", can you please elaborate more on the condition? also is there any issue or missing items
Asked by AAHHA.
- A:Answer Unfortunately certified refurbished doesn't mean much. It was defective as the projected image would go out for 5 seconds randomly about every 30 minutes. Best Buy store wasn't interested in taking it back because it was explained to me that refurbished is an online purchase not an inventory item at the store. They wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee but after explaining that it was defective they finally let me exchange it for a new Epson 3200 (the lower model). I have always been a fan of Best Buy because they stand behind their products but this was the first time that I experienced difficulty. I am disappointed because they are the ones who claim it is certified. I will not purchase another refurbished product from Best Buy. You can make your own decision for the same. As a note, while working the image is beautiful and recommend this if not defective.
