“I can’t seem to get my 3800 to pair with a Samsung Q700 sound bar via Bluetooth. When I search for the sound bar it recognizes it but the pairing fails.”

Hi Kal74, Here are a couple of things to check. Make sure your Bluetooth audio device that is paired to the projector supports copyright protection (SCMS-T) and A2DP. Make sure the Bluetooth audio device is paired only to the projector and not to another device. Visit the Epson support site for the Home Cinema 3800 for FAQs, videos and user's guides that may help.
