“In just got a new 4010 and it turns off after 12 minutes. I have went thru the settings and tried everything that I know of to do with the same results. How do I stop it from turning off every 12 minute?”

Hi help, Do you mean your Home Cinema 4010 projector goes into sleep mode when it is not receiving a signal? If so, adjust or turn off the sleep mode interval in the Operations menu. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
