No. It's not smart. It doesn't even come with Wifi features. It does however have an ethernet port for a wired cable. If you want to project to it wirelessly, get a MS Wireless display adapter. It will then connect using Miracast from your android or Windows PC (as long as they support it). The one I purchased may have a USB problem. I had to use an external power adapter to make it work for me. Just realize you won't get any SOUND from it.
