Hi Krishna, I am having the same issue! have you been able to figure out a solution. Although I have a sony STR AN 1000 AV receiver.

So you are saying Epson 2.2 can not connect to HDMI 2.3 on Onkoyo and not backward compatible ?

Hello Shiril. The Port HDCP setting should be the HDPC 2.2 HDMI Port option. Ensure the Onkyo AV Receiver is set to match this. Please contact our Technical Support team by phone if this does not resolve the issue. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
