“I have an Epson 4010 projector. I just had it replaced because the hdmi device (Amazon firestick) stopped connecting and was showing no signal. Did all the recommendations and got a new 4010. Same problem. Any solutions?”

Of course it doesn’t come cheap but it’s worth the investment. We have so far enjoyed our home theater and I would recommend Best Buy Geeks to anyone willing to make the investment.

I would imagine as long as you have the source correct with which port you have the firestick in, it should play. But I would call tech support for that question or email them to contact you. Here's the link https://epson.com/Support/sl/s. Just pick the right model and then send them a message and usually within a day they will get back to you. I don't recall the number but there is one once you progress through the link I sent you.
