“Does this projector have a built in fan that makes noise? Or is it very quiet when operating?”

• If you operate your Epson 4010 on the brightest setting, the fan does make some noise, but is tolerable. On the low or medium settings, it is very quiet and hardly noticeable, even during quiet movie scenes. I always operate my 4010 on medium since it is very bright on that setting and I can also preserve some bulb life.

• Hi Sky, The Epson Home Cinema 4010 projector has a cooling fan. Depending on the projection mode, the fan sound level is 20 dB – 31 dB. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
