Hello. We recommend powering the projector off and disconnecting the power cable for 60 seconds to restart the device. Please also verify that there are no buttons currently stuck on the remote and the projector itself. If you're able to access the Menu, try updating the firmware by going into Menu > Settings > Firmware Update.
