Q: QuestionCan I use a regular white screen?

• A:Answer Absolutely. We first started with just the wall, but the texture on the wall made it difficult to watch. Then, we used one of those "portable" screens which are basically glorified white bedsheets. That worked better, but still not great. We finally installed a white projector screen and the difference is incredible. To be honest, I was starting to question the great reviews about picture quality and brightness, but once the screen was installed, I was impressed. Brightness and clarity are fantastic. And it works fine with ambient light as well. A light rejecting screen might be even better, but we're very happy with our white projector screen,

Q: QuestionIs there an option to use it with a wall foldable screen and mount the projector on the wall. Also if the distance is not 20inches from the wall for a 120 inch image, does that screen size directly proportional to the distance.

If you plan to use a 120 inch screen, we suggest placing the projector 6.8 inches away from the display. Please note the USB-A port is not guaranteed to operate all devices that support USB, and you may need to use an app on the projector to project the content from your device. • A:Answer Hello eddie. The LS800 requires a minimum clearance of 0.9 inches from the front to the wall, 7.9 inches on each side, and 3.9 inches above the top. These are the minimum space requirements to ensure proper airflow and to avoid blocking the air intake or exhaust vents. • A:Answer Hello FloridaUser. The LS800 can be used outdoors, but it must be operated within the conditions outlined in the online user’s guide on our official Epson Support page. For best performance, use the projector at night. If used during the day, both the projector and the screen or wall you're projecting onto must be in full shade. Using the projector in direct sunlight goes against the recommended usage and may void the warranty if damage results from misuse or neglect. As with any electronic device, avoid exposing the projector to excessive heat, humidity, or high altitudes, as these conditions can affect cooling and may lead to condensation on sensitive optical components. Q: Questioncan you use the yahama speaker in projector “along with” and “together “ with other external speakers or is it one or the other ? Meaning if you go external speakers , then you can’t use the speaker within projector sort of like a tv speaker?

• A:Answer Hello Robert. You can use the projector's speakers to output audio from a compatible device by going into settings and selecting "Bluetooth Speaker Mode." Also, there are several ways to connect external speakers to the LS800 including Bluetooth. If your Yamaha speakers or A/V receiver are HDMI ARC-compatible, you can connect them to the projector's HDMI2 (ARC) port using an optional HDMI cable. There are elements within the screen that are optimized to display light properly from the projector below.
