- Answer Hello Lazer. The USB-A port on the LS800 is used to project images from an external memory device. You can connect a USB flash drive or USB hard drive. Please note the USB-A port is not guaranteed to operate all devices that support USB, and you may need to use an app on the projector to project the content from your device. - Answer Hello. We recommend powering the projector off and disconnecting the power cable for 60 seconds to restart the device. Please also verify that there are no buttons currently stuck on the remote and the projector itself. If you're able to access the Menu, try updating the firmware by going into Menu > Settings > Firmware Update. - Answer If you’re shooting for the full 150” then the projector will be 9.9” below the image of the screen but also 11.2” away from it. Just in case you need it, the top of the image will be 83.4” away from the top of the projector.

- Answer Hello FloridaUser. The LS800 can be used outdoors, but it must be operated within the conditions outlined in the online user’s guide on our official Epson Support page. For best performance, use the projector at night. If used during the day, both the projector and the screen or wall you're projecting onto must be in full shade. Using the projector in direct sunlight goes against the recommended usage and may void the warranty if damage results from misuse or neglect. As with any electronic device, avoid exposing the projector to excessive heat, humidity, or high altitudes, as these conditions can affect cooling and may lead to condensation on sensitive optical components. Questioncan you use the yahama speaker in projector “along with” and “together “ with other external speakers or is it one or the other ? Meaning if you go external speakers , then you can’t use the speaker within projector sort of like a tv speaker?

- Answer Hello Robert. You can use the projector's speakers to output audio from a compatible device by going into settings and selecting "Bluetooth Speaker Mode." Also, there are several ways to connect external speakers to the LS800 including Bluetooth. If your Yamaha speakers or A/V receiver are HDMI ARC-compatible, you can connect them to the projector's HDMI2 (ARC) port using an optional HDMI cable. You can connect the projector to external self-powered speakers using the optical digital audio out port or the projector to an amplifier with speakers. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

- Answer Hello Robert. We recommend using an Epson SilverFlex Screen designed to be used with Ultra-Short Throw Projectors. There are elements within the screen that are optimized to display light properly from the projector below.
