“Trying to load a user logo onto EX 10000. It finishes with dialogue that is unable to load the image displayed. The image is not copyrighted. It is a .png file exported from a photo. I am using a Macintosh Pro laptop to display.”

Hello Rod. To display .png files on the EX10000, you need to ensure the file resolution is not above 1920 × 1080 and Interlaced. If this does not apply to your file, please contact our Technical Support team by phone for assistance. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
