Hello Tony. No, you can’t upload existing PDF receipts for processing. The software only works with documents scanned directly through the RapidReceipt RR-600W. As you scan, it uses built-in AI to extract key details from receipts and invoices. That data is then automatically categorized and can be exported to financial software like QuickBooks® and TurboTax® for easier expense tracking and tax preparation. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
