• A:Answer With the 3-inch pipe you will be looking at about 7 inches down from the ceiling. I am looking at the mount and I don’t know how you could get it flush without the pipe. I’ll attach a picture so you can see how mine looks.

• A:Answer Yes, I am currently in the process of installing this mount with my Epson Home Cinema 4000 projector. I attached the bracket to the projector two days ago and am waiting on an HDMI cable that I ordered to mount to ceiling. The mount does really well as it can be configured a multitude of ways to fit pretty much any mounting pattern that a projector may have so no issues there. The only thing is that this mount is only rated to hold 25lbs and the HC 4000 weighs like 23lbs so it's a bit close for comfort but should be totally fine. I'd recommend this mount since I'm going to mount mine with confidence that it won't fall on my head while I sit under it.

Q: QuestionI know you said this stand works with a 5040ub projector. But the stand holds 25lb but the projector weights 31.51lbs. So my question is, will this hold up my 5040ub projector safely?

• A:Answer If you are mounting it from a ceiling you have options based on your mount and it’s adjustment capabilities. I was able to adjust mine down to 7 inches from the center of the mount to the front of the lens. The unit is fairly heavy so you need to remember the further back you adjust your center line you may have to compensate for additional tilt based on the weight of the unit.
