Yes, although with card stock a straight pass-thru printer where the paper loads straight up at the back top of the printer would be more jam proof than a 360 degree turn printer such as this one. But card stock will feed (you just have to watch it in case it jams).

The stock must be put in one sheet at a time with the paper tray less than half full of standard paper. Have printed hundreds of heavyweight businesses cards this way with no issues.
