Can you use an iPad and this scanner null

I don't have an ipad but instructions says can be used with mac.

Hi Papa, Sorry, the WorkForce ES-200 will not work with an iPad. To use an iPad you need a wireless scanner like the Epson ES-60W. The ES-60W is currently available at Bestbuy.com. Inventory levels can change. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
