• So, If I understand you correctly, software with the unit will convert scanned items to a csv file that can be manipulated but it cannot place information from the scan into an existing datafile. Is this correct?

• Hello Mac. The ES-580W uses Epson ScanSmart software, which allows you to save invoice or receipt data as a CSV file to use in a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
