• Hello RM. Yes, the ES-580W can only be connected via USB cable or wirelessly via Wi-Fi. All scanning can be done via the Epson Scan 2 or Epson ScanSmart software available on our official Epson Support page for download. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
