Hi lisa, Yes, you can print 5" x 7" pictures. If you use photo paper, you can print photos without borders on the following sizes: 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 8" x 10", Letter, A4, 4" x 7.11" (16:9). Regards, Mark - The Epson Team
