• After you download the software to your computer, you can go into the controls/settings and choose whether or not you want the scanned documents saved as either jpg. or pdf. We use and prefer pdf all the time. The only thing I don't like, is that all scanned documents go into one folder. I wish I could figure out how to scan the documents into different folders. We have numerous clients and I would like to scan directly into their individual folders rather than having to move the documents to the folders. Probably just a setting I haven't found yet.
